The dispatcher is the person whose occupation consists in organizing the work activity of the drivers in such a way that it corresponds to the expectations of the customers, without jeopardizing the performance of the company, planning the routes, monitoring the suppliers and their courses, optimizing the journey, so that the positive results in the work are touched. He must fulfill a series of qualities and abilities such as: attention, good time and task management, efficient management of difficult situations by focusing on solutions, seriousness, knowledge of PC operation, speed in entering data, in thinking, but also in reactions to meet the needs of both the client and the company and the suppliers.

Communication and social skills
Good knowledge of PC operation
Basic requirements - German, English
